spookibinch @wychesnat I called today and they were not super helpful, they said it would get scanned today but nothing. I'm going to go back there in person tomorrow to see if I can get things moving. I'm soooo sorry about this!

spookibinch @wychesnat Hey I'm going to the post office at 4 today (sorry I couldn't go earlier - busy day at work), I'm going to get to the bottom of this. I've never had this happen before, I'm so sorry! I have to wonder if they just left it sitting somewhere, but if that's the case, I'll make sure we get the ball rolling (and see if we can get an upgrade on it so you get it ASAP).
