shellamarie330 Hi hon I am sorry you were not happy with the packaging. I wiped cleaned and sanitized the pallet and made sure the triple wrap it so there was no damage during shipping. If you could kindly leave me some feedback on your specific issues for future reference that would be great because I take my seller rating this very seriously I have never received a rating below five stars.
