denisesalas431 Hi Abbey, I just received the NF size Medium boys jacket. There are actually quite a few stains on it. I wanted to chat with you about it. I love the jacket, my son has it in a size Small so it is exactly what I needed as he is outgrowing the one he has now. But I am wondering if you washed the jacket, are the stains permament or can it be cleaned? If you can get back in touch with me. Thanks so much!

retroseattlite @denisesalas431 Hi I did not notice any condition issues before I stuck this in the mail to you. I apologize. NF jackets wash up pretty good. If after you wash it all of the spots do not come out let me know and I will be happy to refund you.

denisesalas431 @ajcmeyer ok, I was not sure how to handle so sent pictures to Poshmark, I was not sure if I should release the money yet. I am happy to send you the pictures I took of the jacket if you would like. I will go ahead and wash it and see how it looks and if after there are still lots of stains I will reach back and if you can refund that would be great.

I would like to keep the jacket because it is still a great jacket, however I am wondering if you would consider giving a discount on the price because of the stains. retroseattlite @denisesalas431 I am happy to give you a discount. But since you have sent this to Poshmark they let me know that they have approved this for a return. You will need to reach out to Poshmark to let them know what we have decided would be a fair way to resolve this and see if they are okay with moving forward this way.
