stylabration Hi Abigail, I was just notified by pm admin that the new J. Crew rugby shirt you purchased from me was rerouted back to me. Reason unknown; most probably address provided by buyer incorrect or refused by buyer. Do you have any insight as to what happened? I have yet to receive but I need to advise pm to cancel order. Did not want to do that until I know your intentions. Much appreciated, Carrie

avorhies @stylabration Yes, I just saw the notification too. I recently moved and when I set my new address I did not use the second address line to put in the apartment number. Instead I included it in my street address line. I just fixed this in the app, so if you print out another shipping label it should be accurate. Otherwise I don’t know what the problem would be. I have received other packages to this address, so I think it was me not putting my apartment number in the right place.

stylabration @avorhies THANK YOU so much for fast reply! This has yet to happen so I'm not sure if pm will issue new label as the 1st was already purchased @ their discounted rate. My guess is they will make us go thru cancel & re-order to obtain new label. This item sold out so fast, I will need to hold if I relist. We should both reply to the email asking for the new label & hopefully they will issue. It's worth a try. Thanks again, Carrie😊

stylabration @avorhies Hi Abigail. I'm contacting you to let you know I just received the return to sender/moved/no forwarding address package containing your new Crew rugby shirt. Poshmark did come through and provided a new shipping label at no charge. However, the address is exactly the same as pkg returned?

stylabration @avorhies it was my understanding you updated Poshmark with your new address. The label was sent to me several days after the request so I assumed the change was made by the time they sent me the new label. In the meantime, PM contacted me wondering why I had not re-shipped pkg using new label. I had not yet received the returned pkg. Now that I have it & prepared to re-ship, I see the old & new labels are identical???

stylabration @avorhies is there anything I can do to edit the new label they provided to prevent from returning again? Conversely, would you please contact pm with new address? I doubt they will pay for a 3rd label if we don't get this right. Please advise: I would like to get your sale buttoned up! Happy 4th weekend! Carrie

avorhies @stylabration Hi, I updated my shipping information and sent my address to PM in an email, making sure that my apartment unit was in the correct spot, but I did see that the address still looks the exact same on a shipping label. 3745 Ashley Oaks Drive Apt A City, State Zip

avorhies @stylabration I don’t know know how me updating my information is going to change anything if the label looks the same. Since moving to this address I have received 3 packages that have this shipping address format so I’m really unsure what went wrong last time or how this will be different. We can try again, but I understand if you don’t want to deal with the package being returned to you or potentially lost.

stylabration @avorhies I am so sorry, Abigail! Not trying to make this more difficult for you. Just want to make sure you still want it & verify what posh sent me is ok to use since it is paid for. Do you think hand writing: Attn: Apt A on the side or bottom of the label will help? If the reason for return states: moved; no forwarding address that this has to do with the previous tenant? If confident, I'll gladly try again! Just let me know😊

avorhies @stylabration I definitely think it wouldn’t hurt to have Apt A written on the side. I asked my landlords about the forwarding issue being from something the previous tenant did, but they had no insight. I think it would be worth while to give it a try.

stylabration @avorhies Good Monday morning. Woke up to a message from p.m. stating they canceled replacement order siting 2nd label is same as the one that was returned to sender. Message states: DO NOT RE-SEND. Was going to ship this morning. They canceled & reinstated the item to my closet: no longer a sold out listing. Just wanted you to know this is something pm did without my knowledge. If still interested, I will hold. Otherwise, please confirm they refunded your account! Have a great week, Carrie

avorhies @stylabration Hello, I found out today that another piece of mail was not sent to me for the same forwarding address issue. Until I get this issue resolved I don’t think I will be purchasing anything off of PM. Thanks for your patience and understanding, but whatever the issue is it has not been resolved on my end. I have received a refund from PM, and thanks for trying to make it work.
