sammysung4 Hi :) I know that you may not be a coach or anything but I was wondering where the ambition comes from eating super clean? I usually can only make it 2-3 days of eating healthy and I cave. And what exactly is your definition of eating clean? I am struggling and only gaining weight after a year plus of p90x and t25. My eating is out of control I think and I give myself whatever I want.
