deeannb @prettyandwitty1 Hi, the only Way to communicate is through the comment section on an item just like we are doing now. So if you would like to communicate to someone about something that you’re interested in their closet, you would go to that item and go to the comment section and ask your question. If someone asks you a question you will get notification. I hope this helps 😊

prettyandwitty1 @deeannb I have another question. How do you promote a sale that guarantees a certain percentage off their purchase? I see so many people saying summer sale 20% off items and I would like to learn how to do that

deeannb @prettyandwitty1 There may be other ways to do this, but I make a sign that advertises the sale ( I use the app typorama but there are lots of apps to do this) Then I post that as a listing not for sale. In the Description section I instruct them to add their item to a bundle and then I will send them a 20% off offer for them to accept and purchase. The same for 5 for $25 kind of sale. They put 5 items in a bundle and then you send an offer of $25 for them to accept and purchase. Hope this help
