The dress does have some elasticity to it but it does not have a zipper. I believe with your bust size you would need to wear a tank top w/spaghetti straps underneath to NOT be revealing. mkiss5755 My question about repetitive following was not directed at you. It was for fashion pirate who has the listing I posted the question on. This just happened to be the first listing in her closet. You never liked any of my items. I posted the question on this item because she did not have an about page. I tend to share a lot and I share 8-10 items from each new follower. Some will abuse that and follow me over and over to get more shares without sharing any of mine.

aussiegirl63 I wish I could afford do that but Posh fees are so high. They take 20% off a sale so I will make less than $13 on the offer.....they are brutal with fees and postage. The only thing I could do is try and edit the price to what I offered you and sometimes they will give a postage discount to the buyer.

abbylop7676 @aussiegirl63 I understand. The challenge for me on the other side are taxes. We are taxed both on the item and the shipping cost at 10.25%… it adds up to almost $10 that’s about 40% of the total cost. 40% I won’t see. Can we find another way to make it work for both of us? Seems like we are $2–$3 off from a deal.

dlejohnson Hi, again, regarding the blue velvet Chaps dress - approx measures are back neck length 36", chest 17", waist 17", arms 16". The chest would be 34" so you'd need to measure your total bust to see if that would fit. It is stretchy fabric. Neckline is not at all revealing. No zipper. Ship within 1 day.

glassprism70 Hi. Regarding the Anne Klein Silk Dress even before the measurements, yes a 34D will fit. The bodice is loose fitting and the neckline is not that low. Easy to wear a bra with it. Armpit to armpit is 19” x2 = 38 around.

glassprism70 Add to that, there is no zipper. The waist is adjustable depending on how you decide to tie the attached belt. I can ship this tomorrow. I am going to the PO unrelated anyway. Generally, the package goes to the main Phila. PO in the evening and then moves on from there.
