workhours24 I received a photo from her so I definitely sent the wrong item. She is going to send me your dress back. You have to either not open it and write refused return to sender and I can refund it once it’s back or open it and upload photos and request a return from Poshmark. I’ll repost the correct dress once she sends it back. I’m terribly sorry for all of this. It’s so embarrassing

workhours24 @accordingtoabby I must have shipped you someone else’s dress by accident. I usually double check the label to the item I’m putting in. For a refund you’d either have to refuse the mail or ask Poshmark for a return label letting them know there’s a problem. I won’t be able to post the dress until the lady sends it back but that shouldn’t take long. If you mean repurchase it is the process then yes. I don’t think there’s another way. They don’t have instructions about these issues.

accordingtoabby @workhours24 I never got a message back from Poshmark so I just mailed it as return to sender. The only option I’m able to click on here to get my money back is to put that I didn’t receive the item. The other options wouldn’t let me submit. I didn’t get a tracking number but it should get back to you soon!
