pambear1 I just saw your note— I will take it back! I swear I didn’t see the pull. Please open a case with posh. I think because you accepted it it might be hard to do ..you have to open a case before you accept. but if you write to posh and tell them what happened I will tell them I will take it back! I would never intentionally ship a damaged item. I am so sorry.

pambear1 When you get a damaged item don’t hit ‘accept’ and rate it—open a case. Items are returnable for something like this and I would absolutely agree to take it back. I truly didn’t see a pull. Now that you accepted I do not know the return process but if you write to posh support tell them you shouldn’t have accepted and want to return it and that the buyer is agreeing to take it back. They should send you a label to return to me and give you a refund. I am really sorry.

Please accept free shipping on us next time you decide to shop. We cannot guarantee any less than 7 days per-handling time until the Covid-19 stay in place order is released in the state of MA. We had a full warehouse of inventory that we were only partially able to move in time. So this is not typical. Hope you enjoy your new jacket, xo Kasie
