love_lucille @abimbolaod .. once it sells .. you go to your profile on your app . Go to sales .. click on the item... check off each box(3) after you have completed the task... Be sure to package your item carefully I wrap shoes in plastic then tissue paper. Place items in box . Attach your printed label and take to post office ...be sure to get a receipt. If you need anything else let me know.
