cnmerr @ellevalentine75 I am new to Poshmark and I made a counter offer on an item of yours a few minutes ago. I have an offer from Poshmark for 99 cent shipping on my first order, but it expires tonight. If possible, can you accept/decline my counter offer within a few hours so I can take advantage of the shipping offer. I have a 2nd option in mind and will go with them if you decline, but would really like to finalize my order tonight to use that discount, whether it's with you or the other item.

cnmerr It's for a black Lane Bryant jumpsuit, sz 14/16. You had sent an offer earlier today to everyone that had liked it. I accessed that offer and did a counter offer through that. I hate to even ask this of you, but I didn't realize the 99 cent shipping ended tonight when I sent the counter offer.

cnmerr I think I know the problem. When I did the counter offer it said congratulations, youve made your first offer so I thought I was done, but it looks like I'm supposed to enter payment info up front? I'm used to ebay where you do payment after.

ellevalentine75 @cnmerr Hi. That's it. With Poshmark, you must enter your payment info upfront. Once you enter your information, only you can see it so it's safe. If you make an offer and it is accepted, the payment method is charged immediately. I hope this helps!
