eveofsphinx711 @dailysg hello, yes, I saw an open case, I am letting Poshmark deal with it according to their policy, it is my understanding that if you are not sure about your purchase, you are more than welcome to ask questions before buying as to avoid lengthy situations like this, since it is also inconvenient for the seller. Either way, I wish you well and hope this is resolved soon so I can also figure out what to do.
