Hi! I have had someone else ask me about this recently. Go to the Poshmark Support page and send them an email. That is the quickest way to do it. I found it by Googling Poshmark support. Unfortunately there are some unscrupulous characters out there. Don't let it discourage u. Let me know how u resolve it. Have a great week! Carol B : )
