danamariecre8 @beautytrendsada NWOT simply means ‘new without tags’ An item has just been purchased but tags have been removed. Sometimes people take the tags off thinking they are gonna keep the item but the item is still relatively née👍💕

danamariecre8 @beautytrendsada posh ambassador means you have to follow certain number of steps like a certain number of community shares, certain number of self shares, certain number of listings sold, a certain number of listings, an average rating of 4.5 and above, less than 3 days shipping time and so on. It’s really hard to become one. It took me every day for a whole year to achieve it. ❤️❤️

danamariecre8 @beautytrendsada Hello beautiful... 💕❤️Thanks for asking.. So that sometimes happens. Most likely the person would open a case saying the wrong item was sent. Then the person is expected to mail back the item to you. Once they mail back the item you sent them I believe posh will resend you the shipping label and then you can mail out the correct item. If they don’t open the case you should be able to use the same shipping label that you originally used and send it out. ❤️

It’s the only way to stop it from being back and forth ❤️Tell her you would like for her to be happy. She will then send you the shoes back and when you get them they should be in good condition. Once this happens posh should refund her the money.. No worries, things sometimes happen. You should get a notification soon from posh. Hope it helps 💕💕-Dana
