envy_boutique Adam, you gave us a low rating because the sleeves on the jacket you purchased were short. Our listing had the sleeve measurement listed. Not sure how that is our fault. Please provide proof that our measurement was inaccurate. Jacket sleeves are measured from center of bottom of collar to shoulder and then shoulder to cuff. Then add the total.
