I reached out to PoshMark about the return and only got emails saying “all sales are final.”
This is very upsetting, and I am worried sick about the situation.

There seems to be only two ways to return an item. First, if the purchase is over $500 it goes to Poshmark for authentication. Second, is for a buyer to open a case within three days of delivery of the item.
I’m still going to try and reach them by a 1-800 number but so far have not found how to directly contact Poshmark customer service.

Have you contacted Poshmark to ask for help on this matter? Do you know a 1-800 number for Poshmark?
I’m truly sorry about this matter, and I am still stunned that the pens are not authentic.

I've done some reading and the downside to Poshmark is that they have no live customer service. Per their policies it does appears my acceptance of your items upon delivery ultimately removes your obligation to take any corrective action upon my determining that the items were not authentic.

Please, I am not blaming anyone and would have thought the same as you did. I am stunned too and a bit embarrassed as my folks told me to be careful with my money. Lets chalk this up to a learning experience for both and we can move on. I appreciate all of your replies as it shows me that you care about your customers. Wishing you a Happy New Year.
