gulperi4 Aw! I a m super bummed you are not happy with it! I wish you would have contacted me prior to giving a 1 star rating so I could make make it right for you. Most sellers on here will for future reference! :) I am so sorry it was not what expected. But I assure you, it is brand new and is the exact bracelet that I was holding in the photos.
