ac_evans @bloom_thrifty well the surplus store are. I find the Goodwill retail stores are kind of expensive, but the stuff that don't make it onto the retail shelf gets sold by the pound at the wholesale or surplus store. My mom used to take us when we were kids, it was 10¢ a pound then! good times
