You can also just keep the refund and not get the perfume from me. Or I can fulfill the original order. But in order to get a refund I need what I sent you back. When can you drop it off at the mail office? Poshmark should give you a postage?

adam, I have filled over 60 others and have never “scammed” anyone. The only person at risk of being a scammer is you. Poshmark gave you instructions on what to do to get your refund back. If you refuse you will likely be banned and lose your refund at least, at worst convicted for a crime and charged even more money or perhaps that comes from poshmark’s insurance.

It’s obvious you suffer from some kind of mental disturbance or emotional disorder. You get a refund by returning the item. Poshmark is a huge corporation that we both adhering to for this order. They are the missing links between us, buyers and sellers. You also sound quite paranoid and I would suggest speaking to your parents about what to do.

I can already see your delusions and paranoia at work. I am a contracted seller on Poshmark and have no power over this process. I have about as much say and contact as you do. All I’ve done is contact poshmark support with screenshots. You keep accusing me of being Poshmark, when I’m a seller and have nothing to do with the messages and notices you get on your account besides these literal messages I leave with my account tag.

@adambri79 Look at my profile. I have fulfilled over 60 orders, and that’s just what’s spoken for on this app. This is just one of many things I do. Often I’m at the copy shop preparing multiple orders. Over the course of months and 60+ orders, I have only made two errors: once I sent the wrong model, and now this where I somehow mixed up the address. Virtually every review I get is five stars. So you are completely wrong.

@adambri79 When I sent the wrong model some odds months ago, the buyer sent it back and got a refund. That’s what POSHMARK instructs buyers to do NOT ME. By any definition what you did is mail fraud and theft. Evidently you aren’t new to scamming as another seller on your profile echoed the same sentiment about your dishonesty and criminal behavior.

If someone catches a criminal red-handed, it’s not abuse nor wrong to ask for what was stolen to be returned else resorting to the police. It shouldn’t be a threat if you did nothing wrong, the police are only a threat if you committed a crime. The correct term is justice, not a threat.
