omnichic @adelyluz Unfortunately they won't process a return. But I will send you some things to make up for it. I remember noticing the straps as I was inspecting them and made a mental note to take a close up and mention it. I must have forgotten. I am an honest person and have integrity and want people to know that.

omnichic @adelyluz I've learned that most people want the buyer to be satisfied and are willing to try to make things right if the buyer isn't happy. That's why I think ppl should voice their concerns before leaving bad feedback because a lot of times things aren't done intentionally and it's nice to give sellers the benefit of the doubt so they can correct things and maintain a good rating. I've found that most ppl want to do the right thing.
