@adi334 hi Adi, Poshmark will not release the funds until you accept the item within 72 hours. You can always call customer support and they will open up a ticket. The buyer would need to prove that they sent the item etc. It’s really a well thought out system. In my case after many attempts the seller finally canceled my order. Sellers have the option to cancel any sale.
