A table for expectation on reasonable offers is located in my closet. That’s why buyers should check out someone’s full closet first. These aren’t just my expectations, but the expectations for pretty much any veteran seller here, on Posh. And you’re right, it is MY right to decline an offer or counter. When someone counters way below (like 50% off), I assume they’re not serious as that’s a rude offer, so I decline. That simple. Have a good day!
