I haven’t received an email. Let me just say, before you leave a bad review, you should probably try reaching out to your seller. In all honesty the shoes were in great condition, the only marks are those that were visible on the post. I would have gladly refunded your money, the shoes retail $90 and you paid $18. Meaning I could have sold them for more which is why I would have had no problem refunding you.
