If this item is clean, then please excuse me. has this item been setting in your closet. the hat did not have a tag, and seemd slightly faded

Also I would advise that if you are truly unhappy about the hat received and think it's used I believe you can submit a return for a refund as I can gladly do that too but yeah not sure how or why you believe the hat is used or dirty etc, thanks tho. Lmk.
