la37 Hello. You purchased the two indian outfits as a bundle from me. I am getting ready to ship it but there is only one prepaid postage, which is for items weighing 5lbs and less, but the two outfits weigh more than 5lbs. Is there anyway you can purchase each separately and not as a bundle so i can have 5lbs each?

azurbano @la37 hi thank you! I think you can press 'new label' and 'upgrade your label' account for the bundle.. just read this from the FAQ

azurbano @la37 that I'm not sure, I haven't shipped a bundle before. Maybe the support center would be able to help? I wouldn't think the rate would be double for one shipment but I'm not familiar. Thank you!

la37 @azurbano the bundle combined is more than 10 bounds and there are no labels for that, maximum is 10 pounds. Can you please purchase each one separately? It will be $50 each which is the same as the bundle price.

azurbano @la37 hi thank you! I bought both for two events this week, at this point the shipping wouldn't get one or maybe even both of the items in on time. I can go ahead with canceling per the shipping terms but can take a chance on one of the items (the blue dress) if you're still selling individually? I can do $60 for the blue dress, just let me know. Thank you

la37 @azurbano i can ship it first thing tomorrow morning. I am already at work right now and the clothes are at home. You should be because the label says 2 day mail.

la37 @azurbano If you want to buy both outfits, i can still honor the $50 each, but for the blue alone, i will accept $80 because with $50 i will be left with nothing. If you buy both outfits in separate orders of $50 each, i was planning on distributing them in two separate shipments of 5 pounds each. The blue one on its own is 7 pounds and if you buy the blue alone, i will have to pay for shipment as well as the website's commission.
