I understand you are upset about your order. I’m sorry that you didn’t pay attention to the listings! I put all the details of all my products and I’m sorry that you missed it! I’m sorry support denied you for a refund. However DO NOT EVER send me a personal letter to my house ever again! This is my home where I am raising my kids and I will not feel unsafe because you are upset about an order! You were completely out of line for this so shame on you! God is watching and god does not like ugly!
