sarahnovey Hello, I tried commenting to you on the actual item. I do this full time to stay home with my two littles and I am genuinely trying to figure out why you rated me poorly and said I need to improve: Item Description, Item Cleanliness, Packaging, Ship Time, and Seller Responsiveness . I accepted the offer on a Saturday night at 8pm. I packaged up in tissue paper and a Thank You sticker, and dropped it off Monday morning at the post office. You received the packaged Wednesday.

sarahnovey I also included measurements in the postings, the item was freshly laundered. I am trying to figure out if something happened to it in transit?? Also seller responsiveness... was there something you asked me that I missed? I am just legitimately trying to figure out why I have been rating poorly.
