romies4 @trendy_vault at the bottom if the screen it says make an offer or buy now. It sends directly to the person your buying from. Then they gave 3 to I think 5 days to send it. When you get it you rate it and the funds are released to the person you bought it from. Hope this helped 😊

trendy_vault @romies4 what about when someone buys from me? I was reading that an emails gets sent. Is there something on the app that alerts us as well? I’m just afraid I’m going to miss the email telling me somle wants to buy an item.

thenerdynook At this point, I am really unsure how to solve your situation with the shoes. Again, I did not glue them to achieve a sale. I am sorry that they broke when you wore them, but I have absolutely no control over that. I also have no way to refund you. I recommend that you contact Poshmark and see if there is anything they can do for you.
