Adriana, what did I do wrong? I've never had three stars before and I'm devastated. I shipped it out immediately. It was as described. The note was sincere. The samples were worth $10. Please tell me how I can make sure this never happens again.

IM SO SORRY I REALLY DID NOT MEANT TO MAKE YOU UPSET.... THE PICTURES DID NOT SHOW THAT THE TOP HAD GOLD ON IT, AND I DONT WEAR ANY GOLD IN MY CLOTHES SO I WONT BE ABLE TO USE IT AT ALL....BUT I REALLY REALLY FEEL BAD YOU ARE DEVASTATED AND THAS HOW I FELT TOO PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES....
