campbellac @lesliesresale thank you so much! I’ve only been in Poshmark for 3 days and I love it! I have so much to post, but it’s been pretty time consuming Lol I like how you post your items in the actual outfits on models! Do you get them from on-line ? Or have models ?

lesliesresale @campbellac I wish I had models! 😂 When I can find stock photos online I like to include them in my listings- it helps people get a better sense of fit & styling I think!

campbellac @kimbereynolds hey Kim that’s very unusual,if the item was never sent you cancel it after 7days,Or go to the buyers closet and comment on the item so that it can alert the buyer to ship,perhaps the person is not selling or it’s a damaged item?Either way after 7 days and it’s not been shipped you have the right cancel. Now you can search for a new item from a another buyer, just search for your item in the search bar so that you may move on from this buyer ✌🏼

campbellac @kimbereynolds you can also go to your purchases and select the option to contact poshmark so they can reach out through corporate. You can also see if the buyer is active on her page?

campbellac @kimbereynolds was the item a knock off ? Sometime poshmark removed fake items and they can’t be sent ? What was your item?

campbellac @kimbereynolds so I checked her closet out and it shows she hasn’t been active on poshmark since early October. She is not checking her sales. So it’s up to you? You can continue to reach out to her in hopes she cares to log on and check her sales ? Or just move on and cancel
