Hello Adriane, I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you mailing the pants you received in error to the buyer. I've been in contact with customer support and they seem to think that the situation is completely resolved, so I've had to remind them to send a label to the other buyer to ship the dress to you.

I am SO sorry at how much trouble this has been. If I could release the funds back to you, I would, but since the case has been under review for so long, Poshmark has removed that option from me. The other buyer has been fully cooperative though, so hopefully as soon as Poshmark realizes what needs to happen, they'll get a shipping label and your package will be on its way to you.
