msadrie1 @pinkash3333 Hello. I am having bad luck with my purchases of the discontinued Chicory. My last Posh purchase came in as an empty box. Lol! No worries! Mix ups can happen. You did include Redd though. I left Brick, Subculture and Auburn wrapped up. Let me know how this can be resolved.

So another posher purchased the other pencils from the bundle at the same time and I mixed them up when I went to ship.. so not like me.. I reached out to Poshmark with order numbers etc and waiting to hear back.. so def hang on to the color u were supposed to get and hopefully it will b as easy as them issuing u both a label to each other? Ughh..

pinkash3333 I haven’t heard back from PM re:exchanging ur pencils. Kind of frustrating..From my last email it sounded like the refund was their resolution?? Dawnisringing is the other buyer... u both could exchange by setting up a reserve listing for each other? :) I will reach out to her and ask her the same. You both have been so amazing through this mess!! :)

msadrie1 @pinkash3333 Hi there! Yes, they refunded and advised that if this situation occurs again with another seller, we, as buyers, must open a claim otherwise a refund will not be honored again. Oh well. Now we know how they prefer to handle. Please refer the other buyer to my closet if she would like to exchange on our own.
