lisac53 Andrea about the shoes you adore please try this. Take Crazy glue and half way fill the hole where the nail goes push the nail back I hole, immediately wipe up any spills from shoe. Be very careful let sit over night and the shoes and strap with nail coming out should be as good as new. If you try it and it does not work or fix the problem I will still be happy to credit you back. Thank you Lisac53
