skp19 Ok, 1 neighbor said they didn't retrieve/accept package & that's the 1 I speak to. The other isn't home & my note is still taped on door. I'm starting 2worry, so I'm going 2 PO 2morro & see if they can ask mail carrier 2 describe who they left it with. Merc sent a generic message saying if package is received 2 ship it back 2 seller. branjack10 @poetrichild No, I haven't, gotten a reply at all and unfortunately the only option i have is to move forward with legal action. I shipped this package as requested and it was confirmed as delivered to your address. As the package was stolen from your porch, I believe that is between you and M or your neighbors and/or the post office. It's unfortunate but for a $1000 bag this is not a matter I will take lightly. I don't think this is your fault but it is what it is at this point.

I will also have to dispute the charge on my card as well as I cannot take a thousand dollar loss on an item I didn't receive just as you cannot take a thousand dollar loss on an item you sent. This is an unfortunate event, it's never happened to me before. I understand your position and hope you understand mine as well. It's not personal, we just both can't be in a position to take such an expensive loss.

Her friends even confirmed she received the bag, but she didn't want to admit it bc she had dug a hole so deep & her pride wouldn't let her swallow it. I did have to go through a lot to prove that I told the truth, & I can tag the ppl who know that I did tell the truth if you like,

Because she was embarrass and didn't want to admit it, she made a huge deal. I returned her fake bag, but then she would have had to admit that it was fake and also I told the truth, which she wasn't willing to do

skp19 I've never had any other issues with any other user's before, CJ is the only one and I stay far away from her. There were a few people she did the same thing too, and they all were "gifted" items from her to keep quiet about her history of fake bags and not authenticating prior to trading

You have delivery confirmation & that's usually enough proof that you did your part & are entitled to your funds. I'm the one that looks like I'll have an issue. The only thing on my side is both where hubby & I work have time stamped video logs to prove we weren't home to receive. I don't know what happens, but since M is the 3rd party I think we both have to file a complaint against them.

asheidenreich Hello, in case you didn't already know, Harmony LV is a scammer. I have seen him/her as Tavy, Ashley, Gracefullv and others. His/her pictures are stolen from eBay and other listings. He/she will ask for payment off of Posh "to save $$". Once you have paid they will disappear and come back as another person with a new or possibly the same bag. I was almost scammed and would hate for someone else to fall into the same trap.

gidget368s hey just letting u know. when I put the Berkeley in bag the lock&key fell off. so I got worried since its going thru a 3rd party. I put them in gold bag and put in the inside pocket with receipt. I paid $95 Xtra and those are included with bag.
