adriennewill83 @tia_tithi I know, and I am a little frustrated and confused as to why they would attempt to deliver it to my address, when I clearly have a "hold mail" - "customer will pick up accumulated mail from P.O." notice on my address- because I am out of town!!I certainly will be contacting them Monday morning bright and early 😬 Thanks so much😊

r_fremont They tried to deliver your shoes yesterday. If you look at your purchases and the shipped button it said there was no access to deliver them. Or you would have had them yesterday they tried to deliver them at 10:17 in the morning. Hopefully that you'll get them today or tomorrow.🍀

I'm just being honest- don't take offense to it😑... And are you saying that there is something Wrong with purchasing a Used pair of shoes?! navywhite1978 Hi! As I’m carefully looking over the Boden tunic you just purchased from me, & packing it to send, I’m noticing some slight pilling. I did not note that in my description; however, I did state that it was gently used. I can lower the price to the $18 that you originally offered if you are still interested. adriennewill83 @navywhite1978 Aww! I'm really sorry to disappoint you! Really that was not my intention. It looked somewhat faded when I initially pulled it out of the packaging. I was expecting the brilliant bright colors shown in the photo, but I do understand that it's gently used, so that's why I gave it the 4 stars🤩🤩 It's a very lovely piece. I am going to use some of the detergent that's supposed to help bring life back into loved color garments and see if that helps! 😀 I will re-review I asap

I was very honest with my comments/communications concerning the quality of the item. When I confirmed you wanted it “as is” & gave you an awesome deal on another item b/c if it, I thought we were on the same page, & the reviews would be 5/5. R u able to re-review? If you were referring to the measurements as the actual size, you should have never listed this item as a size 12. You should have make your listing more clear and said "measurements may not be exact", it was passed off as a size 12, which it is Not. There is no arguing with that... Good Day
