the_raven_quoth I am SO incredibly sorry, but somehow (I have no idea how) your jacket got shipped to a buyer who purchased black jeans from me. I think you will be getting her jeans since she got the north face. She will send it back immediately or, depending on what poshmark does, will send it directly to you. I am so sorry for the wait and inconvenience.

adrdaniels @onaleesbasement it’s ok, I’ll be on the lookout for the jeans. It looks like the tracking is a little delayed, but I’ll let you know when the package arrives and you can let me know how to handle the re-route!

adrdaniels @onaleesbasement nothing in the mail today, and j checked the tracking again and there’s no update, just that the label was printed and usps is awaiting the item - are you able to see anything different on your end?

the_raven_quoth Hi @adrdaniels, apparently you need to open a case stating the North Face jacket was never received. Poshmark will cancel the order and refund you. We will list it again and you can offer us $45 (discounted for all of the problems). Poshmark will then give us a new mailing label to ship it to you. Poshmark will not allow us to just simply ship you the coat again. I am so sorry for all of this confusion.

adrdaniels I got an email back from the help center and they said there was no need to cancel the order, they said they were providing you with a new shipping label.
