cococuriosities @aviolett243 oh yes, you definitely should. I shipped it 1 hr after you purchased so it’s already on its way to Poshmark headquarters. I haven’t seen them ever take longer than a week to authenticate and priority shipping means it should get to you three days after they ship out, hope that helps 😊

aviolett243 @cococuriosities Hi.... it has not arrived. I have been at the post office all morning. They put it in a parcel locker, but I never received a key. They are looking. Do you know what the packaging would have looked like? Bag or box? Is it marked with Poshmark logos? I’m going to post it on a community forum and see if anyone picked it up by accident. I don’t know what else to do 🥺

cococuriosities @aviolett243 ok so they put it in a parcel locker at the post office ? So you have a po box? Or at your apartment? The box was a postal unmarked brown shipping box. Open a case with Poshmark that the package is being located. They can call the postal manager for you as well. Go to your dashboard of purchased items click -problem order inquiry -where is my stuff

cococuriosities @aviolett243 can you give me more details on the locker situation ? Is it at the post office or an apt building? For a purchase this big posh will reach out to the delivering postal worker of that area

aviolett243 @cococuriosities of course... It’s a small post office, all of our PO Boxes are indoors. When a package comes in, we get a key in our box to access a parcel locker. The post office worker told me that the package had been received at the post office, put into a parcel locker on Monday and a key put in my box. The mail was checked at noon on Monday and there was no key. The parcel locker that my package was in was reused on Wednesday, meaning someone picked up that package on Tuesday.

cococuriosities @aviolett243 oh I see, so if there was no key in your box then they put it in the wrong box. And if they reused the locker for someone else on Wednesday then they must have a record of who it was reassigned to or who was given acces of that key. If that person does not come forward you can also file a mail fraud claim against them since that person collected your mail and did not return it. Mail fraud is a federal crime and taken Very seriously by the postal service

cococuriosities @aviolett243I will reach out to posh support but you should inform your postal service that you intend to open a mail fraud claim because the point of the PO Box is that you safely receive your mail and packages. I’m so very sorry this happened. I was so excited for you to receive your necklace ahead of schedule 😢

aviolett243 @cococuriosities Their records would only indicate that I had the key. Their records say that they gave me the key, I accessed the parcel locker, returned the key, then they assigned the locker to someone else. I think they mistakenly put the key on someone else’s box. I’m hoping that person will come forward 🙏🏼 when they realize the mistake.

cococuriosities @aviolett243 ok so if they keep records on who they assign the lockers then they know the person who had acces to the locker on that Wednesday and picked up the your package. I wouldn’t count on that person coming forward especially if they see the contents, but nothing puts on the pressure for the post office to get their act together and contact the person who took the package like a mail fraud case being opened

cococuriosities Also if you never received the key then the records would indicate that you didn’t turn it in? Good thing they also have video surveillance at the post service they would be able to see who walked away with the parcel
