adrihannab @emlalalu is asked post office again about making a claim they insist that it must be you. I need to send this box back to you!Youmust makethe claim with post office with your shipping receipt and pictures and knowledge of the bag.And refund me the postman will refund you..I have no knowledge of any info or have shipping ticket an did not see it packaged you did.Therefore you being shipper must make the claim with Usps.Please send prepaid return label for the box and I’ll send it back to you
