dorlang Hi... Wanted to reach out re my recent purchase (M Jacobs loafers)... USPS claim pckg delivered yesterday but regrettably nothing has yet shown up(?!). I filed notice re missing pckg last night on USPS site. Doubt it's a theft issue - I live on a quiet one-way street and never had pckg stolen before BUT have had issue in past w/ USPS getting deli address wrong (eventually a neighbor re-delivers). Unsure what to do as fully appreciate this is not your fault. Out of words - will email you.

glamupgoods @dorlang Hi Dorian, sorry to hear you never received the shoes. Have you tried filing a case with Poshmark directly? They may be able to refund you in full after you explain the situation. I unfortunately don’t have a way to refund you directly, has to go through Poshmark.

dorlang @glamupgoods I have filed notice with Poshmark and USPS. Really hoping they're going to show up and are just temporarily lost in transit. Will keep you posted but if it fits go to insurance you ought to claim the max $100 as cost to buy the shoes new (or NWOT) is certainly above $100. Not that it does much to help me 🙃. Let's hope it doesn't come to that. needless to say, well let you know re any updates.
