designbydesign I have not received the DG jacket. Not sure what happened. It says it was to be delivered Friday but now it no longer says that. I shows acceptance in OH. No delivery. Looks like something stopped tracking. You might want to check. I can’t get any other tracking other than the tracking number.

agboisbelaud @designbydesign I’m not really sure I can do anything. I will try to call the post office tomorrow but it was sent and accepted. I know with FedEx I have had two packages stuck 45 minutes away from my house. Mail is horrible right now.

designbydesign I have a private mail box at a USPS store. Maybe they accepted it but the tracking on my end doesn’t show accepted. If it was they may not have contacted me yet. They’re closed on Sat and Sun. I will check tomorrow. I received another Poshmark package last Thursday. We don’t receive mail at our house for this specific reason. I will find out tomorrow. I should receive a notification if they have packages for me. I’ll check this week.

designbydesign Check to make sure you sent package to correct address. I will go to my UPS STORE today. Tracking said delivery on Monday by 8 pm however it now says it was not left at a secured location. I also have not received any notification of deliveries. My mail box is a UPS STORE to prevent delivery issues. I don’t know. Please check the address on package and I will check with my MAIL store. They open at 8:30 central standard time. We are an hour behind east coast time.

designbydesign So I checked with my mail box at UPS. There no package for me or with my address. There is a package no return with my number but it is for Becky somebody. No return label. So it’s not mine. Don’t know what to tell you. If you printed correct label and name it should arrive.

designbydesign I’ve already sent them 3 plus messages. I told them what I know. I don’t have a package and it was never delivered to my secure UPS location so the USPS that Poshmark uses - Frderal mail screwed it up.

designbydesign I just received great news. I went to our local post office. They traced it. It was late last night so a delivery guy had my package in his route. The wrong route so he had to put something in tracking. It is on track for delivery today. Weh!!! I’m so excited. I’ll keep you posted.

designbydesign Well I’ve been waiting all day for a notification but none has come. I’ve called the Post Office that I went to this morning. Can’t get any answers now. All we can do is wait and hope 🙏.

designbydesign I hope they are not lying. She said they had to put something in tracking. It is with the wrong carrier but was to be given to correct carrier. They won’t return it to you because the adress is correct. The tracking says 77301. I don’t live in 77301. My address is correct. I received a jacket promptly through Poshmark last week. It was delivered in time. Now I have to go again this morning and find out why the package is in limbo.

designbydesign It cannot be returned because they did not attempt to deliver to proper addrsss and according to USPS the tracking was updated but not truthful because it was with wrong carrier to be given to correct carrier and actually delivered. I need to find out if this is true. If it’s not true then we have to file complaints. Poshmark has not responded to my claim.
