glassprism70 Here are the measurements for the Vince Camuto skirt. length is 23.5 inches. Waist is 33”. It feels like silk, but it is 97% polyester, 3% spandex with the lining 100% polyester. The tag says it can be washed in the machine but I would wash it by hand. Your choice. The inside of the waistband is the same material as the outside. Hope this helps.
