cassycb @amorazzani06 Hi there I already reached out to both, a couple days ago... this is crazy, They told me at post office that you may need to go on your end because it's in Florida you have to go to the Post Office with that tracking number on your purchase and have them locate it if not delivered in couple days

amorazzani06 @cassycb that’s the most inconvenient thing I’ve heard and truthfully we pay a lot for shipping through here for me to have to go out of my way to do that. At that point they can just forward it back to you. I use this app for the convenience of it, not to complicate my life. You can communicate that to the post office and allow them to decide how to move forward

cassycb @amorazzani06 Tell me about it! another girl in Florida's having same problem. You would have to ask for your money back through posh mark. But if it shows up in a couple days I have no idea. I'm out the Shirt now too. Try to cancel the order and see what it does.

cassycb @amorazzani06 Yeah I see that I don't know what the Post Office is doing 🤷‍♀️ this is the most ridiculous and frustrating thing Ive ever seen, this is outta my hands. Ive reached out to posh mark again and post office. Like I said the Post Office had mention (although inconvient but necessary) You possibly going to your post office. And they could track and call the place to get your package.( your address is final destination)

cassycb @amorazzani06 They also said its computerized so obviously can't be perfect so by calling or going. they would be looking for that specific tracking number while it sat in Florida's distribution center for 6 days and sent it right your way
