Hey Agnes! I saw you opened a case... I wish you had waited for me to respond to try and resolve the issue. Tory burch reve flats are notorious for the Logo emblem coming loose. I have two other pairs that I've owned for less than 6 months that needed to be repaired by someone who know their leather. It cost $10 at the most 😔 But again, I am so sorry if the Logo fell off on one or both pairs. I certainly didn't ship them this way.

@tmariel93 Hi Mariel. I apologize for not waiting for your reply. I've waited before and when the seller finally replied, it was too late to open a case and unfortunately I got burned. This time the purchase is not for me. My roommate wanted these but was really skeptical about it...I reassured her that PM is legit.

Yes, well I'm very sorry. It's an easy fix tho, I will have them taken to a professional once they're returned and re-list for more than $100 because they were really a bargain for a simple fix. I am very sorry, which we could've resolved this ourselves.
