roseh228 Hi it’s not showing me how to release the payment back to you it’s basically showing that you have to ship it to get the refund. Maybe just send empty with the label so it tracks in their system and you get the refund? I’m not sure how else to do

roseh228 And I think you only have a certain amount of time or the money just gets released back to me and then you lose the fee and everything and I wouldn’t be able to do anything

roseh228 You have to send it to receive the money back from Poshmark otherwise they take your fee and release funds to me so just ship just the label on an empty box maybe?? I feel like that’s the beat way to ensure cause I thought the button release payment was to give back the money and it’s not
