and you can get a refund by now on the app:

I finally had to cancel the order, I ended up dealing with this CHILD'S MOTHER, who also is a deadbeat. The both are the worst, surly and upset that WE are annoyed because they never sent the stuff. A 14 year old moron child should NOT have a posh account.

IT TOOK TEN DAYS just to get the order cancelled!! But i'm getting a refund, i suggest you do this too. Just go on to the page of your order, select delayed shipping and then cancel order.
