Hi Aim,
I see you opened a trouble ticket, on account the box I sent them in was too small. Nice pic. Can you snap one of the shoes, outside the box or, better yet, on a foot? What with it NOT being a stiff leather dress shoe, I’d like to see the ‘damage’, or at least the crease sustained, that wasn’t already there.

Hello, I received your comment regarding "improving shipping time." You purchased the items on 7/9/2019 and they were shipped on 7/10/2019 at 1:03 pm PST ( I can provide the tracking receipt upon request). This was within 24 hours of your purchase. You would have received a notification from Poshmark when the items started shipping. I suggest you check with your local postal carrier if the items arrived later than you expected.
