cathyjc498 POSHMARK is holding the boots, not responding to me, charged me twice, credited me once and will not reply to emails. When the Customer Support tab is used nothing happens at all. Can you help on your end. My brain is about to explode in frustration.

aimeegbrown @cathyjc498 I am so sorry to hear that! I sent you a message earlier this week as I am on vacation and will send the boots Monday. Did poshmark tell you they had the boots as that is not correct. Let me message them now.

cathyjc498 @aimeegbrown I cannot get Customer Service to respond!! I have tried 7 times to contact them via their own messaging system. No response. The boots have been paid for! I had the same ones and they were stolen by someone working for me whom I trusted. These were without question - my most favorite pair of boots . WhenI googled them in hopes of finding them again, I couldn’t believe I found them! Thank you.
