@arm248 it should lay flat.....since it is a body-con skirt. I didn’t have any problems with it bulging but it depends on body shape, I guess. Thanks for understanding......I’ll send it sometime tomorrow or Friday. Please let me know if u change ur mind.

@arm248 I am sooo sorry but as I was packing up the skirt, I noticed 2” length of the waistband seam had come undone.......it can easily be repaired and I will put up a pic on my closet so that U can see. But I will cancel the order on my end. Again, my apologies.....maybe it was just not meant to be.
