kalilly2468 @deeyderwin We did receive a notice that there was a package to deliver to but it was asking for $10.95 in postage that is why they would not deliver it without payment. I already paid postage so I am not sure why I would have to pay that. Something must have been wrong. They said they were returning the package to the sender.

make_ithappen @kalilly2468 that is very odd! The postage was already paid for as you know you paid over $ 6 dollar for shipping when you purchased! This never happened before. I'm so sorry this happened to you!! Pls contact poshmark and see what they can do.

make_ithappen @kalilly2468 let me known if there's I can help! I have a tracking number and history. It says that they attempted to deliver but failed because there's no secure location for them to leave the package! They wouldn't attempt to deliver if it wasn't paid for. Sounds like they got mixed up with other things. You shouldn't have to pay again !

kalilly2468 @deeyderwin I have the paper they left stating we needed to pay for the shipment. I would be happy to provide a picture of that. We have a very large mailbox so there would be no reason that small bottle of oil would not fit. The delivery note stated we owed the fee and had to bring it to the post office and pay before we could pick up.

make_ithappen @kalilly2468 yea that doesn’t sound right at all. I think the post office is messing up! You shouldn’t have to pay for it since it was all paid and there was no problem sending the package ! Pls contact the poshmark ! They might be able to reimburse the cost! Keep me posted ! Thank you
