emilyfirkus Hey you never got back to me, I sent you something yesterday. I got a large Julia dress from you about a week ago. I have been out of town and just now actually tried it on. I tried it on and washed it once, put it away because I was planning on wearing it to a wedding in a week. I noticed yesterday there was 2 little holes in the back. I DID NOT put them there. For I wore it for 5 minutes and washed it once, complete 100% honesty.

ainjlz1 @emilyfirkus I did see you gave me a bad rating but there was no questioned asked. Unfortunately the dress was inspected and it didn't have any holes. I would be willing to trade it out but you've taken off the tags and washed it and policy is trade only if tag still on. There is no way to know if it was damaged in washer etc. I'm so sorry. You can always reach out to manufacturer to get a replacement

ajhowe06 The gray OS leggings that I ordered have holes in the fabric. I didn't notice it when I first received the leggings earlier this week but noticed it today when I went to put them on for the first time. There may be a defect in the fabric because as I was taking them off I noticed that as my fingers pushed up against the fabric it was ripping more holes. I have NOT seen this on previous leggings. I have not washed the leggings and I still have the bag/tag for it. Is there anything u can do?

ajhowe06 @ainjlz1 Thank you for getting back to me. Another pair of the leggings would be great. I have never had this happen with any other LLR leggings, so I was surprised. It must have been a flaw in the fabric for that batch of leggings. Thanks!

meganbuford Hi there! I ordered two pairs of leggings. The maroon ones are fine, but the OS mustard ones I noticed several holes after about an hour of wearing them. Is there any way you could swap them out, or should I contact lularoe to see if they can? Thanks so much.
